Project Phoenix is the experiment involving resurrecting extinct supernatural types. It is run by the St. Cloud Cabal and involves the Edison Group. It takes place in Salmon Creek, which disguises itself as a drug research town. In reality, it is a research lab for monitoring the children of their employee, the supernatural subjects.
The subjects from Project Phoenix are now under the Nasts care and are living in Badger Lake along with the remaining Genesis II Project subjects.
